General procedure for stool
and other lab tests

 

For stool- or other lab tests- please order material kits via the order box below.

The standard shipment of every required laboratory material is for free.

After receiving the test tubes you have to collect the sample following the instructions coming with the package. For stool testings you don’t have to keep a special diet before taking the sample. Pro- or prebiotics can be taken as normal. Please don't forget to label the tube with patient's name. Fill out the requisition form and mark the required analysis. The test tube in the second security tube and put both in the envelope. Send the sample by using a courier service like FedEx, TNT or similar. We need the sample best before 7 days after collection, better within 4 days. As soon as we receive the sample we start the analysis. In general the tests will be done within 5-10 working days (we will contact you if problems occur). You will get the report via encoded email. Therefore we need a valid email-adress AND a random password (please fill out the required fields on the requisition form). Please note that some Mail-Accounts treat our mails like Spam so please check your Spamfolder regulary.

You will ALWAYS get response emails if you send us a questions. So if you don’t get an answer within 1 working day please send your email again or call us directly. After the results have been done you will get the invoice separately also via email. You have the following payment possibilities:
